Q4 Relive Leads Program

The Q3 Relive Leads Program offers a unique opportunity for a select group of agents to receive a steady flow of company-generated leads each quarter.

Securing a slot guarantees you access to a significant number of company leads, provided you meet the required standards and quotas throughout your participation.

Slots are limited for one simple reason: every lead costs the company money.

To generate profit, we need agents who are fully committed to working these leads quickly, professionally, and consistently. Our marketing team will support you, but execution on your side is critical.

Our ultimate goal is to multiply our investment in company leads by 10x, 20x, over the coming months. To get there, we must first prove the program’s profitability with high-performing agents. Your commitment enables us to scale, open new slots, and create more opportunities for the team.

• Applications Close: October 5, 2025 (this Sunday)

• Official Start Date: October 6, 2025 (next Monday)

• Program Duration: One full quarter (October 6 – December 31, 2025)

The back-office team will notify you via email on October 6 if you have been approved.

At the end of each quarter, the program resets. All agents will need to re-apply for the next season.

To remain in the program throughout the quarter, you must meet the minimum standards, which include:

• Conversion rate: At or above the market benchmark (shared at kickoff, on October 6th)

• Response time: At or below the target (shared at kickoff, on October 6th)

• Availability: Frequent daily availability to receive up to 100 company leads per month

• Pipeline visibility: Agree on weekly monitoring of your pipeline by the marketing team

• Collaboration: Actively engage with our team for coaching and feedback

Important: The specific quotas and standards for each market will be shared with you on October 6, 2025, at the program kickoff.

Removal Policy: Agents who fail to meet the minimum standards may be removed at any time. This ensures the program remains profitable and that company leads are only allocated to agents who are consistently executing. Remember, your slot is another agent’s opportunity.

The program is built on a few simple principles:

• Speed: Be available to respond to new leads within a 15-minute window.

• Discipline: Follow up multiple times before giving up on a lead.

• Collaboration: Remain coachable, open to feedback, and proactive in sharing insights with the marketing team.

• Work Ethic: Treat every lead with value. Relive is committing to providing 50 - 100 leads per month (or more), and we expect you to work hard to close them.

Note: Slot availability may change, and new slots may be opened at any time.

Leads are assigned daily from 9 AM to 11 PM, with the queue opening every day at 9 AM (including weekends and holidays). Overnight leads are assigned at 9 AM.

Only set your availability ON if you can respond within 15 minutes.

You must contact leads and mark tasks complete in CRM within 15 minutes, otherwise, leads will be immediately reassigned.

If you don’t get accepted into this round, that doesn’t mean you won’t have the chance in the future.

We expect to open additional slots in the upcoming months as we expand the program and increase our investment in leads.
