A professional email signature boosts credibility and signals legitimacy, helping recipients distinguish your messages from spam.
To add an email signature in Gmail, first click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner, then select "See all settings."
In the "General" tab, scroll down until you find the "Signature" section. Click the "+ Create new" button. Then, copy the Relive template (provided below), paste it into the signature text box, and replace the placeholder details with your specific information.
Below the text box, use the dropdown menus under "Signature defaults" to select your newly created signature for "For new emails use" and "On reply/forward use."
Finally, scroll to the very bottom of the page and click "Save Changes" to activate your new signature.
