The New Client Form is a powerful feature in the Relive App that lets you create a client form, eliminating the need for JotForm, Google Forms, and other third-party tools.
With this feature, you’ll have your own Relive-branded form, giving potential clients more confidence and trust in your services.
Best of all, leads who fill out the form are automatically added to your CRM.
And, you can track the source of every lead giving you more control over your business.
Access Your Profile Page:
Open the Relive App and tap on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen to access your profile page.
Go to New Client Form:
Once on your profile page, navigate to the "New Client Form" section. This is where you'll set up your personalized lead form.
Choose Your Form Link:
Select a custom link for your lead form. If the link is already in use, you’ll see an error message prompting you to pick another one. This will be the URL you share with clients.
Add Your Personal Details:
Write a short bio or description about yourself, and link your social media profiles. You can add either the full URL or just the social media handle—it will work either way.
Save and Share Your Form:
After filling in your details, hit “Save.” Your personalized link will appear, and you can now share it with potential clients on Instagram, social media, or anywhere else you engage with prospects.
