Tour Scheduling System

Our Scheduling Tours Tool makes it simple for agents and clients to set up property visits. 

Once the agent sends the client a custom property list, the client chooses which properties they want to tour, along with their preferred dates and times. 

The request is automatically sent to our back-office team, who handles all confirmations with the properties on the agent’s behalf. This saves agents time, ensures tours are properly booked, and helps deliver a smooth experience for the client.

Notes:

• Tours scheduling on same day or during weekends must be booked by the agent directly.

• Agents must follow up with the client to confirm if tour confirmation has been received.
