- Your full name
- Your Relive title (Locator or Realtor)
- Your phone number
- Correct formatting (no weird fonts, broken spacing, or missing links)
Troubleshooting
My signature isn’t showing up
- Go back to Signature defaults and confirm it’s selected for both new emails and replies/forwards.
- Click Save Changes again at the bottom.
The formatting looks weird after pasting
- Try pasting first into a plain text editor, then re-copy into Gmail.
- Or re-copy directly from the Google Doc link (the “copy” version usually pastes cleaner).
