What’s the difference between Relive Realty and Relive Locating?

  • Relive Realty: Home sales & purchases (buyers and sellers).
  • Relive Locating: Apartment leases only.

How do I transfer my license to Relive Realty?

Do I need MLS access to work on residential deals?

Yes. To represent buyers or sellers you must join your local:

  • MLS
 

Where can I find fees and membership costs?

What system do we use for compliance?

All residential transactions are managed in SkySlope.

You’ll upload all contracts, invoices, and compliance documents there.

 

When do I get access to SkySlope?

You’ll receive the access to the SkySlope account in your Relive email.

 

What documents do I need to start a file?

 

How do I get paid for closings and leases?

  • All funds go directly to the brokerage.
  • Finance processes and disburses commission once:
      1. Funds are received, and
      1. The file is fully compliant in SkySlope.

Can I still do apartment locating if I’m under Relive Realty?

Yes. You can continue to work on leases while under Relive Realty — you’ll handle both residential and locating deals under one license.

 

Is there training available for residential agents?

Yes. We host regular live and recorded trainings (SkySlope, contracts, transaction management).

I want to lease single-family homes (rental homes). How does that work?

To help clients lease single-family homes, you’ll need:

  • License under Relive Realty — Broker #9015474 (Kilian Goldin)
  • MLS access (rental homes are listed there)
  • SkySlope access (compliance / transaction management)

I have a buyer who wants to purchase a home. What are the first steps?

  1. Confirm your license is under Relive Realty — Broker #9015474
  1. Have the client sign:
      • Buyer Representation Agreement
      • IABS
      • Wire Fraud Warning Notice
  1. Collect a pre-approval letter (or connect them with a lender)
  1. Start the home search in the MLS
  1. When ready to submit an offer:
      • Prepare the file in SkySlope
      • Send for signatures

Additional Questions (Onboarding + Support)

What’s the onboarding process like, and how long does it take?

After an agent signs the contract, they will get access to the app and they can start their onboarding journey there

An agent is only considered fully onboarded once:

  • The license transfer is complete, and
  • They have joined their local MLS (if doing residential)
 

When will my license officially be transferred to the brokerage?

After you submit your sponsorship request on TREC, the broker typically accepts within 24 – 48 hours.

 

How do I access my email, CRM, and transaction systems?

  • You just have to access your Relive email (credentials were sent to your personal email after you’ve finished the setup process in the app)
  • Your access to Training Academy is granted after you’ve finished the app onboarding checklist
  • SkySlope invitation will be send automatically to your relive email
 

What costs are covered by the brokerage (signs, marketing, MLS, etc.)?

In Texas, costs are covered by the agent (examples: signs, marketing, MLS).

 

Are there marketing templates for open houses, social media, or email?

No official templates at the moment. We suggest Canva - a great tool to create your own materials.
