If you have an Active or Inactive License
STEP 1: Log in to the IDFPR portal: https://online-dfpr.micropact.com/
STEP 2: Select Online Services
STEP 3: Click Licensure Options
STEP 4: Under Supervision Authorization, click Start
STEP 5: Choose Transfer License to New Brokerage Firm, then click Next
STEP 6: Enter Relive’s license number 481014545, then click Search
STEP 7: Click Add (left side of Relive’s name), then confirm OK
STEP 8: Confirm the information and proceed to payment
IMPORTANT:
If your license is inactive/inoperative, you may need to select “Add a New Sponsor (Inoperative License)” instead of “Transfer…”. Follow the video for that exact path.
Transfers must be approved by Relive Broker within the required IDFPR window
If you don’t have a License Yet
If you do not have your Illinois license number issued yet, you may be able to start residential leasing activities under the 120-day permit, under strict conditions.
For that you need to sign the 120 day Residential Leasing Agent Permit Application.
Step by step:
- Fill in your information
- Make sure your name and email are correct (use the same email you’ve used during your application process at Relive)
- Add your signature
- Click “Finish” / “Complete”: This officially submits your signed document. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s submitted.
- It’s done.
- What happens after you sign
- Once you complete your part, the document is automatically sent to the Broker for the final signature.
- You’ll be notified when the broker signs
- You can download the document and put it on the request license transfer proof form within the onboarding email/app
- Go to the payment link ($50 is fee amount) for one time payment: https://magic.collectorsolutions.com/magic-ui/en-US/Login/il-IDFPR-OneTimePayment You will select licensing payment, individual license application (new), non-exam, then continue on to submission.

- Once paid, complete the Payment Method section and email your application and 120 Work Permit document signed to fpr.realestate@illinois.gov
