- Before transferring your license to Relive Realty, you must review our Fees For Agents document. This document outlines all required fees to join the Association of Realtors, access the MLS, and activate Supra Key services—along with estimated totals for your first year and annual renewals.
- DO NOT transfer your license to Relive Realty unless you are fully committed to paying all required fees in full. This includes Association dues, MLS access fees, Supra subscriptions, and all other market-specific costs. If these fees are not paid, your license will be removed from Relive Realty—no exceptions.
STEP 1: Log in to Log into your REALM account to Transfer Your License. Please use the video as reference on how to request sponsorship on REALM
STEP 2: Cick on View All Records
STEP 3: Click on Your License Number OR in Amendment in the Action column
STEP 4: In the Type of Change Request choose Change or Request Sponsorship
STEP 5: Click Look up
STEP 6 (Corrected): Look up the BROKERAGE/BROKER you want sponsorship from
- In the dropdown, select Business Brokerage / Real Estate Business Broker (or Individual Brokerage, if that’s the option shown)
- Search using the Relive Realty brokerage license number: 9015474
- Select the correct result when it appears
STEP 7: Continue Application
STEP 8: Review and Continue Application
STEP 9: Submit the proof of request transfer in the link we’ve shared with you in the “Congrats on signing your contract with Relive” email
Common mistakes (quick fixes)
- If you selected “Real Estate Sales Agent” in the lookup: go back and redo Step 6 choosing Business Brokerage / Individual Brokerage instead.
- If you can’t find results: double-check you searched by license number 9015474 and that the dropdown is set to a brokerage/broker type (not sales agent).
