Personal Locating Deals Policy
This policy outlines the steps required to properly process your personal lease and ensure timely commission payment.
Important: This policy is exclusively for your personal move-in leases - not extendable to family members or other relatives.
Steps to Submit Your Own Lease
To successfully close your own lease and receive commission:
- Request another Relive agent to send a guest card listing you as the client.
- Enter that agent’s name as your referral source on the lease application.
- Have the same agent create the invoice in Relive’s CRM.
- Ensure they include a note stating:
“This is [Your Name]’s personal lease. Please update it in their CRM.”
- Finance will process the invoice by submitting it to the property, adjusting your commission so you receive 100% of the invoice.
Note: Finance will only update the invoice once it's sent to the property.
Payment Process
- If the property pays via check, you receive 100% of the invoice amount.
- If the property pays via ACH, a processing fee of up to 2% (charged by third-party entities) will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
Eligibility Disclaimer
This policy applies only while you are an active Relive agent.
If you are no longer with Relive by the date the invoice is collected, you will lose this benefit. Any commission on this deal will be subject to the standard commission split model.
