HAR - How to transfer your MLS membership to Relive Realty
If you are joining Relive Realty from another brokerage, you will need to update your MLS membership so your broker of record reflects Relive Realty.
In most cases, the process starts with transferring your license sponsorship in TREC, and then updating your MLS membership.
HAR (Houston Association of Realtors)
If you are transferring from another brokerage, HAR requires a Transfer Form to update your broker of record.
Steps:
- Transfer your license to Relive Realty through TREC.
- Complete the HAR Transfer Form:
- Email the completed form to: memberservices@har.com
Once HAR processes the form, your MLS account will reflect Relive Realty as your brokerage.
You may need the office code. Here’s Relive’s office code for quick reference: RLVR01 (this code is already written in the form)
