How to use the Concierge Service
We’re excited to launch Relive Concierge: a free moving service for your clients, and $10 for you for every client you introduce.
What is Relive Concierge?
A free concierge service that helps your clients set up utilities, internet, movers, insurance and more before move-in.
Your client’s dedicated contact is Sam from Relive Concierge, who reaches out to help them get everything ready. It’s a value-add that improves your client’s experience, with no extra work for you.

- $0 cost for the concierge service
- Help with the whole move: utilities, internet, movers, insurance and more
- The best offers on the market, so your client gets a great deal
- $10 for every client you introduce, paid the next day after you submit the invoice
- Your client doesn’t need to use any service: the introduction is enough
- No follow-up required on your end. Sam takes it from there
How it works
- Submit your invoice as usual. You’ll see the new Relive Concierge section.
- Tap Yes, earn $10 to introduce your client. This is available when move-in is more than 2 days away.
- A new step appears in your invoice checklist: Text your client.
- On mobile: tap Text [client name] to open your Messages app with a ready-made text, then press Send.
- On desktop: copy the message, send it to your client, and tick the checkbox.
- Submit the invoice. An intro email goes to your client from your email address, introducing Sam.
- Sam reaches out by text or call from 817-567-8889 to help with the move, at no cost to your client.
When to use it
Offer it on every eligible deal:
- As part of your closing message
- When your client is relocating and wants a smoother move
- Tip: submit your invoice early! The more time before move-in, the more Relive Concierge can help your client.
