Email Signature Setup

A professional email signature helps recipients recognize you as a Relive agent, and it makes your emails look more credible.

Add the signature to Gmail

  1. Open Gmail.
  1. Click Settings (gear icon) in the top right.
  1. Click See all settings.
  1. On the General tab, scroll to Signature.
  1. Click + Create new.
  1. Name it (example: Relive Signature).
  1. In the Google Doc you copied, update the placeholders with your details:
      • Full name
      • Phone number
      • Role and title (Locator or Realtor)
      • Any required links
  1. Copy the finished signature from the Google Doc.
  1. Paste it into the Gmail signature editor.
  1. Under Signature defaults, select your new signature for:
      • For new emails use
      • On reply/forward use
  1. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
 

Final check

Before you finish, confirm your signature has:

  • Your full name
  • Your Relive role (Locator or Realtor)
  • Your phone number
  • Clean formatting (normal font, spacing looks right, and links work)
 

Troubleshooting

My signature is not showing up

  • Go back to Signature defaults and make sure your signature is selected for both new emails and replies and forwards.
  • Scroll down and click Save Changes again.
 

The formatting looks wrong after pasting

  • Copy and paste from the Google Doc again. The copy link usually formats best in Gmail.
  • If it still looks off, paste into a plain text editor first, then copy and paste into Gmail again.
