Social Proof – Market Your Wins Without Bragging
Social proof builds trust.
Done right, it shows results + professionalism without feeling arrogant.
This module teaches agents how to highlight wins, happy clients, and results in a way that inspires leads to reach out.
The "Just Sold" Storytelling
Goal: Show you solve problems, not just sell houses.
Don't Post:
- "SOLD in 3 days!" with only a house photo
Do Post:
- Photo of happy clients (or house) + story caption

Example Caption:
"The Jones family needed to move to Texas in 30 days. They were stressed about the timeline. We staged the home, launched our 'Mega Open House' strategy, and received 3 offers over asking in 48 hours. Now, they're on their way to Texas debt-free. 🤠Who do you know that needs to move fast? DM me."
💡 Tip: Tell the problem → your solution → happy outcome. End with a soft CTA to invite engagement.
Google Reviews → Story Content
Most agents collect reviews…
But never use them.
Every 5-star review is high-converting Story content.
How to Post Reviews in Stories (Simple Formula)
Screenshot the Review
Make sure the 5 stars and name are visible.
Upload to Instagram Stories
Add:
- A simple background (white color)
Keep it clean. No clutter.
Add Context (This Is Important)
Don’t just post the screenshot.
Add 1–2 short lines:
Example:
“Helping families move stress-free is the goal every time. 🙏
Grateful for clients like this.”
Or:
“She mentioned I answered at 10PM…
That’s what commitment looks like.”
Add an Engagement Sticker
Use:
- Poll (“Thinking of moving this year?” Yes / Maybe)
- Question box (“What’s your biggest fear about buying?”)
- DM CTA (“Message me ‘MOVE’ if you’re planning soon.”)
Turn proof into conversation.

Pro Strategy
- Post a review in Stories once per week
- Save the best ones in a Highlight called “Reviews”
- Occasionally record yourself saying:
“A client said this about working with me…”
That builds authority fast.
Bottom Line:
- Social proof = trust + authority
- Focus on stories, results, happy clients
- Always end with soft CTA or gratitude
This builds confidence in your brand and inspires new leads to reach out.
