Atlanta Market — How to Join FMLS & GAMLS
Residential agents working in the Atlanta market have access to two MLS platforms: FMLS and GAMLS. Unlike other markets, Atlanta agents do not apply directly to the MLS. The process is handled through Relive Realty. Follow the steps below for each MLS.
Before getting started, make sure:
- Your real estate license is active and sponsored by Relive Realty
- Your CE hours are up to date
GAMLS (Georgia MLS)
To be added to GAMLS, simply reach out to our Residential Compliance Manager, Abby Steele, and request to be added to the Relive Realty roster.

Once you reach out, you will be added to the GAMLS roster on Relive Realty's account.

GAMLS Fees
GAMLS charges $20/month per agent, billed to Relive Realty. This cost will be recouped from you on a quarterly basis.
FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service)
FMLS requires agents to complete a Form 120 to be added to or transferred to Relive Realty's account.
Steps to join FMLS:
- Complete Form 120 here: click here
- Select the appropriate option on the form:
- Add User — if you are brand new to FMLS
- Transfer User — if you were previously with FMLS under a different broker
- Email the completed form to FMLS at newuserforms@fmls.com and CC asteele@reliverealty.com.
FMLS Fees
FMLS charges 0.12% of the sold price per transaction. This fee is billed to Relive Realty and will be recouped from you post-closing.
