MetroTex (Dallas-Fort Worth) — MLS Membership Transfer to Relive Realty
If you are joining Relive Realty from another brokerage, you will need to update your MLS membership so your broker of record reflects Relive Realty LLC.
However, before transferring your MLS membership you must first make sure your license is showing up under Relive Realty LLC. For instructions on how to transfer your license, follow the steps here
Steps to Transfer
- Transfer your license to Relive Realty LLC.
- Wait 24 hours after the sponsorship change has been accepted.
- Log into your MetroTex Member Portal.
- Navigate to: Resources & Services → View More → Change Office
- Relive's office code: RELIVE01C
- Complete and submit the Change Office form.
After submission, MetroTex will update your MLS membership to reflect Relive Realty.
⚠️ Note: There is a $10 transfer fee charged to your account when changing offices.
Do You Have Active MLS Listings?
Your listings do not transfer automatically. You will need to complete a Listing Transfer Request Form. Your previous broker releases the listings and Relive Realty receives them. Find the form at mymetrotex.com → Manage My Membership → Request Forms.
Other Things to Update Manually
- Email signature in Matrix MLS (My Matrix → My Information → Email Signature)
- Office info in zipForm Plus (Profile & Settings → Offices tab)
