Company Lead Second-Close Policy

This policy explains how a company lead can convert to a self-generated lead and what that means for your commission.

How It Works

When Relive assigns you a lead, it is classified as a company lead. If you close that lead, it is processed as a company lead close.

If that same client comes back and you close them again — as a direct result of your own follow-up — the second close will be reclassified as a self-generated lead.

This is our way of recognizing and rewarding your initiative. The first close establishes the relationship. The second close proves you built on it.

 

What Qualifies

For a second close to be reclassified as self-generated, all of the following must apply:

  • The original lead was a company lead that you previously closed
  • The second close results directly from your own follow-up
  • The lead and the second close are both documented in your CRM
 

Submitting the Invoice

Once the invoice is submitted, email the Finance team at finance@reliverealty.com to request the lead conversion. This step is required because agents are not able to change the lead type directly in the CRM. Finance will update the lead and process your commission accordingly.
