They’re not browsing. They’re looking.
The Simple Workflow
1. Use a Listing
Use one of our active listings from Relive’s Property Search Tool in our App.
2. Create It
Facebook Marketplace → Create New Listing → Home for Sale/Rent
3. Photos
Upload 8–10 high-quality photos.
Lead with the best exterior or kitchen shot.
First photo = clicks.
4. Description Formula
Headline:
“Updated 3 Bed in [City] – Move-In Ready!”
Body:
- Price
- Beds/Baths
- 3 top features
- Strong CTA
“DM me to schedule a private tour.”
Limits:
- Maximum of 5 per Facebook Account for Homes (sometimes you can go up to 10 or 20)
- Needs to be done in a personal account (not a professional one)
The Follow-Up Script (Most Important)
When they ask:
“Is this available?”
Don’t say: “Yes.”
Say:
“Yes! Are you available Tuesday at 4PM or Wednesday at 10AM?”
Give two options. Assume the appointment.
