Property payment timeline
Properties usually take 30 to 90 days to process invoices and send commission payments.
Important (weeks free / concessions):
If your client received weeks free (or other concessions), properties typically only send the commission payment after the client has paid a full month of rent.
Status changes you’ll see in the app
- Your invoice is Processing while it’s being handled with the property.
- Once Finance has a confirmation of payment, the status changes from Processing → Property is paying.
When Relive pays you?
After we receive the direct deposit in our bank account, the Finance team will execute the payment of your commission(s) on the following Friday.
Note: It can take up to 1 business day for the payment to land in your bank account after it’s sent.
