Partnerships Program - FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Hey! Welcome to the Partnership Program. This FAQ covers everything you need to know: what the program is, how to submit a partnership, how much you earn, and when you get paid. Read it once, keep it handy, and reach out if anything’s unclear.
The basics
What is the Partnership Program?
It’s our way of rewarding you whenever you secure a new property partnership for Relive Realty. Bring in a qualifying property, send us proof, and we pay you a bonus.
Who can participate?
Any Relive Realty agent in good standing. There’s no application process. If you’re an agent, you’re in.
Which properties qualify?
Only properties listed as available for partnership in our property search tool, and only in Atlanta and Denver. If a property doesn’t appear in the search tool with the “Submit Partnership” option, it doesn’t qualify, even if you’ve worked out a great deal with them.
Will the program expand to more cities?
Yes, that’s the plan. When we add new markets, we’ll let you know.
Submitting a partnership
How do I submit a partnership?
Open the property search tool, find the property you secured, and click “Submit Partnership” in the top right of the property page. That opens the official submission form, which is the only way to register a partnership and qualify for a bonus.
What information goes in the form?
- Property details: name, management company, address, and city.
- Your details: full name and your Relive email.
- Partnership details: the commission you agreed on, the type of proof (email or contract), and which contract type if applicable.
- Proof upload: a clear PDF, JPEG, DOC, or PNG (up to 10 MB) of the signed contract or the confirmation email.
- The checkbox confirming you’ve read this FAQ and agree to the program rules.
What proof do I need to upload?
It depends on the type of partnership:
- Signed contract: a fully executed contract, either our Relive Partnership Contract signed through PandaDoc, or a contract provided by the property and signed on their side.
- Email confirmation: a clear email from the property’s management team stating the commission terms agreed with Relive. The sender’s email address and date must be visible.
Can I sign a contract on Relive’s behalf?
No. If a property gives you their own contract, let them sign it first and upload the version they signed. Only our back office can sign on Relive’s side. Signing on Relive’s behalf will get the submission rejected.
Any tips to get approved faster?
- Double-check that the commission amount in the form matches exactly what’s in your proof. Mismatches are the most common reason submissions get sent back.
- Make sure email confirmations clearly show the sender’s email address and date.
- Use the property’s management email, not a personal one, when possible. It makes verification quicker.
Approval
What gets my submission approved?
As long as the form is filled out correctly and follows the guidelines shown inside it for the type of proof you selected, your partnership will be approved. There are no hidden criteria.
What does the back office actually check?
- Every field in the form is completed and accurate.
- The proof you uploaded matches what you entered in the form.
- No one else has already submitted the same partnership.
What if something’s missing or wrong?
We’ll send the submission back with a note explaining what needs to change. Fix it and resubmit. The clock starts again once the corrected version is approved.
Can two agents submit the same property?
No. Each property earns one bonus, and it goes to the agent whose submission is approved first. If a duplicate comes in afterwards, it won’t qualify.
Getting paid
How much do I earn?
- $100 when the partnership is backed by a signed contract.
- $50 when the partnership is backed by an email confirmation.
When do I get paid?
Within 5 business days of your partnership being approved. As long as the form is filled in correctly and gets approved, the money is on its way. No extra steps, no chasing.
How will I receive the payment?
Through your usual payment method on file with Relive. If your banking or tax info changes, let us know so payments don’t get held up.
Do renewals or follow-up agreements with the same property earn another bonus?
No. Each property earns one bonus under this program. If there’s something special about a particular case, we’ll handle it separately in writing.
Are these bonuses taxed?
You’re an independent contractor, not a Relive employee, so you’re responsible for your own taxes on the bonuses you earn. We’ll issue the standard tax documentation at the end of the year.
Rules of the road
What can get my payment denied or clawed back?
- Submitting a property that was already secured by another agent.
- Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or fabricated information.
- Uploading proof that wasn’t genuinely issued by the property.
- Signing a property-provided contract on Relive’s behalf.
If a payment has already gone out for a submission that we later find to be invalid, we may ask for it back or offset it against a future bonus. We’ll always tell you why.
Can the program change?
Yes. We may update the rules, rates, or list of eligible cities over time. If anything material changes, we’ll let you know by email. Submissions already approved before a change will be paid out under the rules that were in place at the time.
What am I agreeing to when I submit a partnership?
When you check the box on the submission form, you’re confirming three things:
- You’ve read this FAQ and you’re good with it.
- The information you submitted is accurate and truthful.
- You’d like to be paid for the partnership under the rules above.
