Houston Market — How to Join HAR
Residential agents working in the Houston market must join the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) to access the local MLS and REALTOR® membership.
What HAR Includes
- MLS access for Houston and surrounding areas
- REALTOR® membership
- Forms, contracts, market data, and member tools
Before You Sign Up, Make Sure
- Your Texas real estate license is active
- Your license is sponsored by Relive Realty LLC
- You are ready to pay HAR membership and MLS fees directly to HAR
How to Sign Up
- Transfer your license to Relive Realty LLC if it is not already active under Relive.
- Go to HAR's membership page and click Apply Now: har.com/joinhar
- Complete the membership application and follow HAR's prompts to submit and pay dues.
- If HAR asks for brokerage information, use Relive's Houston office code: RLVR01
HAR Dues & MLS Fees
HAR fees can change year to year. As a general reference, HAR local dues, Texas REALTORS®, and NAR dues are all bundled together, and MLS Standard access is billed monthly. For current and accurate pricing, review HAR's full dues schedule:

Already a HAR Member from a Previous Brokerage?
If you recently transferred your license to Relive Realty and were already a HAR MLS member, your MLS membership does not automatically update when you transfer. You will need to manually update your brokerage information to reflect that you are now with Relive Realty.
