HAR (Houston) — MLS Membership Transfer to Relive Realty
If you are joining Relive Realty from another brokerage, you will need to update your MLS membership so your broker of record reflects Relive Realty LLC.
However, before transferring your MLS membership you must first make sure your license is showing up under Relive Realty LLC. For instructions on how to transfer your license, follow the steps here
Steps to Transfer
- Transfer your license to Relive Realty through TREC.
- Complete the HAR Transfer Form (the form will load with Relive Realty's office code pre-filled as RLVR01)
- Email the completed form to: memberservices@har.com
Once HAR processes the form, your MLS account will reflect Relive Realty as your broker of record.
⚠️ Note: There is a $20 transfer fee charged by HAR to process the brokerage change.
Do You Have Active MLS Listings?
Your listings do not transfer automatically. You will need to complete a separate HAR Transfer of Listings form. Your previous broker must sign off to release the listings to Relive Realty. Contact HAR Member Services for the form if needed.
