Why Professional Photos Matter
A professional profile photo is required at Relive, and it's also a big win for you.
Having strong photos helps us build your presence faster, including:
- Your agent profile page (website + internal directories)
- Agent spotlights and team announcements
- Marketing assets and social media features
Here’s some examples:
Photos Guidelines
- Clear headshot (well-lit, neutral background)
- Professional attire or polished look
- Cropped properly (your face is centered and visible)
Avoid:
- Selfies
- Group photos where your face is “cut out”
- Low-quality / blurry photos
- Photos with distracting backgrounds

Don’t Have a Professional Photo Yet? Use AI
We understand that not everyone has access to a professional photographer right away — and that shouldn’t slow you down.
If you don’t have a high-quality headshot yet, you can use AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT to create a polished, professional-looking photo from a simple selfie.
How to do it:
- Choose a clear selfie where your face is well-lit and visible.
- Upload it into an AI tool that supports image editing or generation.
- Use a prompt like the one below to create your photo:
"I'm a real estate agent. Use this selfie of myself to create a professional headshot for my email, social media profile, and marketing materials. Make sure my face looks as close to the selfie photo as possible."
Important: Even when using AI, aim for a natural and authentic result — your profile photo should look like you. Once your AI-generated headshot is ready, upload it by following the steps above.
How to Update Your Profile Photos
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Next to the Basic Info card, open My Photos.
- Select Update Image.
- Upload a new professional photo (JPEG or PNG) — please upload the original file (no screenshots).
- Repeat until you have 3 photos uploaded (recommended).
Once you upload them, your photos are saved in our system immediately
