Partnership Program Explained

Welcome to the Partnership Program

Hey! This program is our way of saying thank you whenever you bring a new property partnership to the team, and making sure you get paid quickly and fairly for the work you put in.

This document explains how the program works, what we need from you, and how we pay you. It’s short on purpose: read it once, keep it handy, and reach out if anything’s unclear.

Where the program is available

Right now, the Partnership Program runs in Atlanta and Denver only, and it covers properties available for partnership in our property search tool. If a property isn’t in those two markets, or doesn’t appear in the property search tool as available for partnership, it doesn’t qualify for a bonus, even if you secure a great deal with them.

We’re working on expanding to more cities. When that happens, we’ll let you know.

How you earn

You get paid for every new partnership you secure with a qualifying property. The amount depends on what kind of proof you bring back:

  • $100 when the partnership is backed by a signed contract. This can be either our Relive Partnership Contract (signed through PandaDoc) or a contract provided by the property and signed on their side.
  • $50 when the partnership is backed by an email confirmation from the property’s management team, clearly stating the commission terms we’ve agreed on.

How to submit a partnership

All submissions start in our property search tool. Find the property you’ve secured, open its page, and click “Submit Partnership” in the top right. That opens the official submission form, which is the only way to register a partnership and qualify for a bonus.

If a property you’ve worked with doesn’t appear in the property search tool, or doesn’t have the “Submit Partnership” button available, it isn’t eligible for the Program.

What we need from you

Once you’re in the form, please fill it out carefully. Here’s what we look at:

  • Confirm Property details: name, management company, address, and city.
  • Confirm your details: your full name and your Relive email.
  • Partnership details: the commission you agreed on, the type of proof (email or contract), and which contract type if applicable.
  • Proof upload: a clear PDF, JPEG, DOC, or PNG (up to 10 MB) of the signed contract or the confirmation email.
  • The little checkbox at the bottom confirming you’ve read this document.

A few quick tips that help us approve faster:

  • Make sure email confirmations clearly show the sender’s email address and date, so we can cross-check those against the property’s official contacts.
  • If you’re using a contract provided by the property, let them sign it first. Don’t sign on Relive’s behalf, since only our back office can do that.
  • Double-check the commission amount you enter matches exactly what’s in the proof. Small mismatches are the #1 reason submissions get sent back.

What happens after you submit

Our back office reviews every submission. As long as the form has been filled out correctly and follows the guidelines shown directly inside it, your partnership will be approved. Specifically, we check that:

  • Every field in the form is completed and the info is accurate.
  • The proof you uploaded matches what you entered and meets the guidelines for the partnership type you selected.
  • No one else has already submitted the same partnership.

If something’s off, we’ll send it back with a note so you can fix it. If everything looks good, we approve it, and that’s when the payment clock starts.

When you get paid

Once your partnership is approved, you’ll receive your payment within 5 business days. That’s it. No extra steps, no chasing. As long as the form was filled in correctly and the partnership got approved, the money is on its way.

Payments go out via your usual payment method on file. If your banking or tax info ever changes, just let us know so payments don’t get held up.

Each property earns one bonus. Renewals or follow-up agreements with the same property don’t generate a second payment, unless we agree to something different in writing.

Playing fair

We trust our agents, and the program runs on that trust. To keep things fair for everyone:

  • Only submit partnerships you actually secured.
  • Never alter or fabricate proof. We verify everything.
  • Don’t submit a property that another agent has already partnered with.
  • Never sign anything on Relive’s behalf when it’s a property-provided contract.

If we find that a submission was inaccurate, duplicated, or not genuine, we may decline the payment. If it’s already been paid, we may ask for it back or offset it against a future bonus. We’ll always tell you why.

Your relationship with Relive

Participating in this program doesn’t change your status with Relive. You’re still an independent contractor, not an employee. That also means you’re responsible for handling your own taxes on the bonuses you earn.

Changes to the program

We may update this document or the program itself from time to time, for example adding new cities, adjusting rates, or refining the process. If anything material changes, we’ll let you know by email. Any submissions already approved before a change will be paid out under the rules that were in place at the time.

By submitting a partnership

When you check the box on the submission form and upload your proof, you’re confirming three things:

  • You’ve read this document and you’re good with it.
  • The information you submitted is accurate and truthful.
  • You’d like to be paid for the partnership under the rules described above.

That’s the whole program. Thanks again for partnering with Relive. Now go close some deals.
