ABoR (Austin) — MLS Membership Transfer to Relive Realty
If you are joining Relive Realty from another brokerage, you will need to update your MLS membership so your broker of record reflects Relive Realty LLC.
However, before transferring your MLS membership you must first make sure your license is showing up under Relive Realty LLC. For instructions on how to transfer your license, follow the steps here
Steps to Transfer
- Transfer your license to Relive Realty LLC
- Wait for the sponsorship change has been accepted.
- Log in to the Unlock MLS Subscriber Portal.
- Navigate to: Resources & Services → View More → Change Brokerage
- Relive's office code for quick reference: 705330
- Complete and submit the Change Brokerage form
Once processed, your brokerage will be updated to Relive Realty.
Do You Have Active MLS Listings?
Your listings do not transfer automatically. You will need to complete an Unlock MLS Listing Transfer Form. Your previous broker releases the listings and Relive Realty receives them. You can find the form on the ABoR Support page under "Common Forms & Applications."
