SABOR (San Antonio) — MLS Membership Transfer to Relive Realty
If you are joining Relive Realty from another brokerage, you will need to update your MLS membership so your broker of record reflects Relive Realty LLC.
However, before transferring your MLS membership you must first make sure your license is showing up under Relive Realty LLC. For instructions on how to transfer your license, follow the steps: here
Note: SABOR's MLS has rebranded to LERA MLS. The platform and tools are the same, only the name has changed. You may see LERA MLS referenced during this process.
Steps to Transfer
- Transfer your license to Relive Realty through TREC.
- Once the transfer is accepted by TREC, call SABOR Member Services and ask them to update your Broker of Record to Relive Realty.

They will update your MLS membership once they confirm the license transfer. If asked for an office code, use Relive's office code: RLVR00
Do You Have Active MLS Listings?
Your listings do not transfer automatically. You will need to complete a Listing Transfer Form signed by both your previous broker and Relive Realty, then email it to support@sabor.com. If the form is not submitted before your transfer is processed, your listings will remain under your previous broker.
