Agent Meetups Guidelines
Intro
The goal of this document is to explain, step-by-step, everything you need to know about hosting an event at Relive. We’re moving toward a collaborative, peer-led model where experienced agents like you take the lead on building our community. Whether it’s a property tour or a deep-dive training, this guide covers what to host, how to handle invites, and the rewards you’ll earn for leading the way.
Meetups Ideas
Nothing builds stronger relationships than in-person moments or group sessions. You have the creative freedom to host various types of gatherings:
- Co-working sessions
- Meet & Greet sessions
- Property Tours
- In-person Training
- Others — Got a new idea that fits our culture? We’re all ears!
Location and Accessibility
Since you are the host, you’re free to pick a location that’s convenient for you. However, keep in mind that our agents are spread out across town. To maximize attendance, please ensure the location is:
- Centrally located or easily accessible for agents traveling from different areas.
- Parking-friendly so no one is stressed before they even arrive.
Note: If the location is not confirmed yet (TBD), you should still move forward:
- Create the event with a generic title, like “Group Property Tour”, or “Coworking Session” and set the location to TBD.
- Once the property confirms, update the Google Calendar invite title and location to match the property name, like “Group Property Tour at Lenox”.
- Then message Diogo Alves so the event can be updated in the app.
Rewards
We value your time and leadership! To show our appreciation, agents who coordinate these events receive:
- $100 for local, in-person meetups (property tours, co-working sessions, and so on)
How to claim your reward: To receive your gift card, you must complete two mandatory steps. Please read the instructions for these two steps carefully in the "Invites" and "Post-Event" sections below:
- Send a Google Calendar invite to the correct market email
- Post a follow-up message in your city’s group chat after the event
Notes:
- For questions regarding which gift card you’ll receive or when your payment will be processed, please reach out to dalves@reliverealty.com
- Team-exclusive events do not qualify for gift card awards. Only events that are open to all local Relive agents qualify for a gift card award.
Invites & RSVP
To get the best turnout, you must send a Google Calendar invite to all the agents in your market:
Pro-Tip for Attendance: Don’t just send one invite and forget it! Post 1 or 2 reminders in your market’s group chat — one 3 days before the event and a final "last call" 24 hours before you meet.
Training Sessions
Training should be practical and market-specific. Focus on topics that help your peers close deals, such as:
- Which properties are "hottest" right now.
- Inside tips on special move-in deals.
- Which properties or areas to avoid.

Post-Event Follow-up
The event doesn't end when the session finishes! To claim your reward, you must post a follow-up message in the group chat. Your post must include:
- A thank-you message to all the agents who attended.
- Tagging the agents who were there.
- A photo of the group who attended to make the post more engaging.
