FAQs: Work Setup and Expectations

This FAQ covers what day-to-day work looks like at Relive and what you need to be successful.

 

Is it a remote position?

Relive is a cloud-based brokerage, meaning there is no physical office requirement. Everything is managed remotely through our app and tools.

That said, at the beginning of each month we publish a list of agent meetup events — including property tours, co-working sessions, and more — so agents have regular opportunities to connect in person.

 

Do I have to live in the market where I am licensed?

Yes. Relive is a cloud-based brokerage but we require all agents to physically reside in the state where they hold their license. For example you cannot live in California and work the Texas market.

There is one exception. Agents with several years of proven experience in apartment locating within the market they are working in may be allowed to join. This exception applies only to agents who clearly meet that criteria. For all other agents the answer is no. We do not allow out-of-state working.

 

Do I need to be on all social media platforms before moving forward?

Relive is a social media-driven brokerage, and an active social media presence is a core expectation for all agents. Agents applying with no social media presence have a low likelihood of being approved to join.

At minimum, you are required to have an active Instagram account. Additional platforms such as TikTok and Facebook are strongly encouraged, as they are among the most effective channels for apartment locating lead generation.

You do not need to be established on every platform before joining, but you should be ready to build and maintain an active presence from day one.
