How to Start Your Own Team
This guide outlines the complete process for agents who want to start their own team at Relive. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth setup.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
To become a Team Leader you must have achieved a minimum of $150,000 in Gross Commission Income (GCI) over the previous four quarters (trailing 12 months).
Step 2: Submit Your Team Business Plan
Email your business plan to Henrique Brás at hbras@reliverealty.com. Your plan must include:
- Team Name
- Logo
- Positioning: The concept behind your team and who it serves.
- Value Proposition: What your team offers its members.
- Team Leader Fee: The fee you will charge (minimum 10%).
- Recruitment and Growth Plan: How you plan to grow your team.
Important: Relive reserves the right to approve or decline any team. Agents who group together only to qualify for the reduced cap will have their team dissolved. Recruiting through Relive's official group chats is strictly prohibited.
Step 3: Get Approved and Sign Your Agreement
Once your team is approved, our support team will share two important links with you:
- Link 1 - Team Leader Agreement: This agreement must be signed between you (the team leader) and Relive
- Link 2 - Team Agreement: This agreement must be signed between you and each team member.
Important: Bookmark both links! You will use Link 2 in the future whenever you need to send an agreement to a new team member joining your team.
Step 4: Team Members Sign Agreements
Team members must sign the team agreement as their first step before they can be added to your team in the app.
Step 5: Relive Creates Your Team
Once your Team Leader Agreement is signed:
- Our back office team will create your Team within the Relive App.
- Each team member will be added to the team once they have signed their agreements.
Step 6: Monitor Your Team Status
As a team leader, you can check your team's status at any time:
- Go to your Agent Profile Page in the app.
- Click on the "Team" button in the left side panel.
- View your team members and their current status.
