Revenue Share Compensation Plan

Relive’s Revenue Share Program rewards agents for referring other agents to join Relive.

This program is paid out of Relive’s pocket, so every agent who joins is on Relive’s standard commission split.

A quick term to know: A sponsor agent is the agent who refers someone to join Relive. When that referred agent produces, the sponsor agent earns revenue share. We use “sponsor agent” throughout this article.

How it works

When you sponsor an agent who joins Relive, you earn a percentage of Relive’s revenue from that agent’s production. You keep earning this revenue share until that agent hits their $15,000 Gross Commission Income (GCI) cap for the quarter.

Once your sponsored agent reaches their $15,000 cap, they move to 100% commission. At that point there is no Relive split left to distribute, so your revenue share on their deals pauses. Your sponsored agent has capped out and gone to 100% commission.

When a new quarter starts and the agent’s cap resets, revenue share payments automatically restart.

The Tiers

Revenue share is divided into three levels (Tiers) that reward you for both your direct recruits and the agents they bring in.

  • Tier 1 (Direct Recruits): Earn 10% of their production.
  • Tier 2 (Recruits of Tier 1): Earn 7.5% of their production.
  • Tier 3 (Recruits of Tier 2): Earn 5% of their production.

Unlocking Tiers:

  • To unlock Tier 2, you need 20 producing agents in your Tier 1.
  • To unlock Tier 3, you need 40 producing agents in your Tier 1.

You only earn Tier 2 and Tier 3 revenue share once you have unlocked them. Until you hit these producing-agent thresholds, you earn on Tier 1 only.

A “producing agent” is any agent who has closed at least one deal in the current quarter.

Eligibility for Revenue Share

To qualify for Revenue Share, an agent must be linked to their sponsor agent at the time they join. Eligibility is determined only during the application process and cannot be changed afterward.

To be eligible, the new agent must do either or both of the following when applying:

  1. Apply through their sponsor agent’s referral link.
  1. On the “How did you hear about Relive?” step, select “Agent referral” and list the sponsor agent’s name.

Either step links the new agent to their sponsor agent and credits the referral in the system. Your referral link can be found on your profile page in the Relive App.

If an agent joins Relive without completing at least one of these steps, they cannot later request to be added to another agent’s Revenue Share.

This policy ensures fairness, prevents internal recruiting, and protects the integrity of the Revenue Share Program by establishing every referral relationship transparently and accurately from the start.

Revenue Share Payments

  • Both you and the referred agent must be actively with Relive to receive revenue share.
  • Revenue share payments are processed daily, after invoices have been collected.

Example 1

Your Tier 1 recruit (Jane) closes a $10,000 GCI deal.

Jane is on a 70/30 split, so Relive receives $3,000.

  • You earn 10% of Jane's GCI: $10,000 × 10% = $1,000.

You keep earning 10% on all of Jane’s deals until she reaches the quarterly cap.

Example 2

You sponsor 4 agents (Tier 1), each producing $10,000 in GCI per quarter (average of $3,333 per month).

  • Your earnings per agent: $10,000 × 10% = $1,000
  • Total quarterly earnings: 4 × $1,000 = $4,000
  • Total annual passive income: $16,000 (from just 4 sponsored agents)

Example 3

You sponsor 15 agents (Tier 1), each producing $10,000 in GCI per quarter (average of $3,333 per month).

  • Your earnings per agent: $10,000 × 10% = $1,000
  • Total quarterly earnings: 15 × $1,000 = $15,000
  • Total annual passive income: $60,000
  • Note: And this is still only from Tier 1. You haven’t unlocked Tiers 2 or 3 yet.
