Texas - Residential License Transfer
DISCLAIMER:
Agents may only join Relive’s residential side if they are fully prepared to pay their local MLS fees and Realtors Association dues. Before moving forward, agents must search online and confirm the exact costs for their area, so they understand what they will be responsible for paying to activate and maintain these memberships. Agents who do not sign up for the MLS and Realtors Association will have their license canceled with Relive by the end of their first 30 days.
STEP 1: Log in to Log into your REALM account to transfer your license. Please follow the steps in the video below.
STEP 2: Cick on View All Records
STEP 3: Click on Your License Number OR in Amendment in the Action column
STEP 4: In the Type of Change Request choose Change or Request Sponsorship
STEP 5: Click Look up
STEP 6 (Corrected): Look up the BROKERAGE/BROKER you want sponsorship from
- In the dropdown, select Business Brokerage / Real Estate Business Broker (or Individual Brokerage, if that’s the option shown)
- Search using the Relive Realty brokerage license number: 9015474
- Select the correct result when it appears
STEP 7: Continue Application
STEP 8: Review and Continue Application
STEP 9: Take a screenshot of the license transfer request as proof, then submit it in the onboarding platform.
Common Mistakes (quick fixes):
- If you selected “Real Estate Sales Agent” in the lookup: go back and redo Step 6 choosing Business Brokerage / Individual Brokerage instead.
- If you can’t find results: double-check you searched by license number 9015474 and that the dropdown is set to a brokerage/broker type (not sales agent).
