How to Request a Cash Advance – Relive

Relive’s Cash Advances program lets eligible agents request a cash advance on specific invoices with no fees or interest. It’s designed to help with short-term cash flow while you wait for commissions to be paid.

How to Request an Advance

Follow these exact steps to request your advance:

1. Open the cash advances tab

2. If you’re eligible, you’ll see a Request Advancement button on the invoice line.

3. click on the button Request Advancement, attach the move-in proof and submit your advancement request

4. Wait for approval

Track your request in the Your advance requests. Finance reviews requests and you’ll receive a decision within a few business days.

Advancement Details

Amount: You can request 30% of the total invoice amount.

Qualification: To qualify for a cash advance, you must fulfill the criteria presented here: Cash Advance Qualification Criteria

Timing: Advances are available starting the same day your client moves in.

Repayment: Once the property pays the invoice, your advance will be automatically deducted from your final commission.

Fees: There are no fees or interest.
