There are two ways to send guest cards in the Relive App:
1) Send a guest card without a list (from a Lead)
Before you start: You must have a Lead assigned to your name.
Steps
- Go to Leads
- Tap Leads on the bottom bar or open the top-left burger menu ☰ and select Leads.
- Tap the Lead you want.
- Tap Guest Card.
- (Optional) Add notes for yourself
- These notes are private and are never shared with the property.

- Choose what you want to do next:
- Download PDF
- Email the guest card
- To yourself: tap Send email to myself
- To the property (proof the client is yours): tap Send email to the property
- Select the property/properties
- A list of property emails will appear.
- You can add extra emails by typing them in the same field, separated by a comma
, - Add a subject
- (Optional) Enable Hide client information (so the property can’t contact your client directly)
- Tap Send email

If you choose “Send email to the property”

2) Send a guest card with a list (from Property Search Tool)
Steps
- Go to Property Search Tool
- Create a List (if you don’t already have one)
- See: How to create a list
- Open your List details
- Add the Lead
- (Optional) Add notes
- Tap Send
- Tap Send automatic guest cards to properties
- Property emails are auto-filled for you
- You can add more emails, separated by a comma
, - You can choose to hide lead information
- If any property is missing an email, you must add one — otherwise the app won’t let you send
What happens here

Why this matters: Sending guest cards is key to proving you registered your client with the property (so you can receive your payments).
