To cancel an invoice after you’ve already submitted it to Finance, you have two options:
Option 1: Email Finance
Send an email to finance@reliverealty.com requesting the cancellation.
Include in your email:
- Invoice number (the one you want to cancel)
Option 2: Comment on the invoice in the app
Open the invoice in the Relive App and leave a comment requesting cancellation.
- Finance will be notified automatically when you add the comment.
What happens next
Once Finance receives your request, the invoice will be cancelled within 1–2 business days.
