Referral Agreements

If you’re referring a residential client to another agent, you’ll need to use one of the referral agreement templates provided below. These agreements ensure you’re legally protected and help you collect your referral commission once the deal closes.

All Residential Agents must complete a referral agreement anytime they refer a lead to another agent — whether the receiving agent is within Relive or outside of Relive.

Referral fees are negotiable between agents. Industry standard referral fees typically range from 25% to 50% of the gross commission received by the agent who receives the referral.

Both you, the receiving agent, and their respective brokers must sign the agreement before the client is introduced. Failure to complete the referral agreement can result in you risking your commission and not receiving the referral fee.
