MetroTex MLS & Fees
Annual dues and MLS fees vary. As a general reference, annual REALTOR® dues are $485 (prorated your first year), plus a one-time application fee and orientation fee. MLS access is billed quarterly. For current and accurate pricing, refer to the full dues breakdown:
Already a MetroTex Member from a Previous Brokerage?
If you recently transferred your license to Relive Realty and were already a MetroTex MLS member, your MLS membership does not automatically update when you transfer. You will need to manually update your brokerage information to reflect that you are now with Relive Realty.
